Project Officer (One-year Contract)
Requirements:
University or post-secondary graduate
At least two years’ full-time work experience. Experience in volunteer coordination with an interest in cultural activities preferred
Fluent in written Chinese and English; speak eloquent Cantonese and English
Able to use Chinese word processor, MS WORD and EXCEL
Attention to details, mature, responsible and can work under pressure

Main Duties:
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the upcoming community project and the current community bookstore, aka PPO Library
Coordinate volunteer recruitment and arrange duty roster
Ensure smooth communication with working partners
Take care of day-to-day book donation requests and arrangements
Five-day work week. Required to work on weekends and public holidays on rotation basis.
