Our annual event Bring A Book and Share was successfully held. We’d like to express our profound gratitude to over 100 volunteers, including teams from Mandarin Oriental and HK Electric, for their ardent support in the past two months.

It was raining when we moved out from the event venue last night. Our volunteers were more concerned about protecting the books from getting wet instead of themselves. They loaded the furniture and boxes of books into the truck in an amazing speed. At the same time, there’s another team of volunteers waiting at San Po Kong to help unloading.

It’s our pleasure to host a series of used book collection activities and a book bazaar in an Edwardian style monument. Thank you Western Market for your invitation. We look forward to seeing our old and new friends again at our community bookshop PPO Library and the upcoming community events soon!.

PPO Library is a community bookshop operated by local charity Read-Cylcling (IR No 91/ 10408). Opens every Thursday to Friday from 1-6pm.
