Bring A Book & Share 2019

Spring is in the air. So is our annual reader’s carnival “Bring A Book & Share". This year the event is scheduled for April 12 to 14 (Friday to Sunday) at Metro City Plaza 1 from 11am to 8pm.

Come join the fun of treasure hunting. There will be more than 10,000 books awaiting your discovery. Spend your leisure browsing the shelves, picking up books you like, sitting on the sofa or bean bags and letting the books lead you to a whole new world.

If you have some good old books to give away, please consider bringing them to us too for spreading the joy of reading. Each book accepted by Read-Cycling will be given a stamp worth HKD10* to be used at the 2019 “Bring A Book & Share".

Please note that we will be only collecting books on 12&13 April (Friday to Saturday), and each donor can donate a maximum of 100 books each day.

Please refer to our book collection criteria (http://on.fb.me/1zkAohY) and donate only the books we need. This will not only help reduce the unnecessary loads you carry around, but also alleviate the workload of our volunteers. All money raised, after deducting necessary expenses, will be used to nurture reading culture in Hong Kong.

Read-Cycling would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Sunlight REIT and Metro City Plaza 1 for their continued support to Bring A Book & Share and its pre-event activities, and to Yuk Ching Charity Trust for sponsoring the Book trip Activities, which invite members of three community centre to choose the books they like, for free.
